Enter the building through its main entrance and proceed down the primary corridor. Shortly inside, you will spot a locked side room that serves as the quest target. Use your pre-granted Dam Surveillance Key to unlock the door. Simply entering the room and lingering for a few seconds will complete this objective automatically.
Stay vigilant while exploring this area. ARC patrol units frequently patrol the Water Treatment Control building. Avoid unnecessary fights to preserve resources and speed up quest progression.
Objective 2: Buried City Space Travel Building Barricaded Area
The second objective is located in the Buried City map. Launch a new raid on Buried City and locate the tall Space Travel Building, a prominent high-rise structure in the central zone of the map. Make your way inside and ascend to the sixth floor.
On the sixth floor, search for a clearly barricaded section blocked by metal sheets and debris. Approach this marked area closely to trigger objective completion. No item collection or combat is required here. The game will automatically register your presence once you stand within the designated zone.
This floor often has scattered minor loot, so take a quick look around before moving on. Watch out for ambushes, as other players frequently traverse this high-traffic building for loot and quest objectives.
Objective 3: Spaceport Rocket Assembly Thrusters
The final objective unfolds on the Spaceport map. Spawn into the raid and navigate toward the large Rocket Assembly zone, a massive outdoor area filled with rocket components and industrial machinery. Focus on the rear section of the main assembly building.
Locate the southernmost rocket thruster among the scattered rocket parts in this zone. You do not need to interact with the thruster manually. Simply walking up to and standing near the thruster will finish the final quest objective. This completes all three core tasks for Greasing Her Palms.
